The Executive Women's Golf Association exists to provide opportunities for women to learn, play, and enjoy the game of golf for business and for life.  Formed in 1991, EWGA has grown into a network of over 17,000 members in over 120 Chapters across the United States, Canada, and Europe.

EWGA-Akron was founded in 1993. In addition to weekly league play at seven Akron area golf courses, our Chapter offers golf clinics, special events, social events, plus the opportunity to compete in the world's largest amateur golf tournament - the EWGA Championship Series. Please read about our courses, leagues, and events. For membership information, email Angela Glomb, Membership Chair. We will have a member contact you personally to tell you more about EWGA and our chapter.

Skillful Women Inspiring New golfers

S.W.I.N.G. is a new mentoring program which teams up experienced EWGA golfers with new golfers to learn all about the game - like etiquette, pace of play, and the rules of the golf - in a fun, noncompetitive environment.

EWGA Foundation

The EWGA Foundation oversees and promotes fundraising activities for the LPGA-USGA Girls Golf program. These include promoting fundraising in EWGA Chapters, the annual at the US Open Charity Golf Tournament, and other initiatives throughout the year.
